Service Prototyping – How to involve people in designing health care services
Day 1 / 10:30-11:30
Service prototyping allows an iterative and collaborative way for service innovation, which can be measured and validated. At Hellon, we have developed service prototyping methods and successfully implemented with many clients to boost service innovation. We call them “idea lab”, “concept lab” and “live lab”. In these labs, we simulate new customer journeys by prototyping new service touch points. Then we invite customers, employees and other stakeholders to this simulated environment to go through the journey and provide feedback.
In our workshop, we will explore these different methods, and share real case examples from health care, and airports. In addition to the service innovation, we also believe this methodology accelerates organisation’s transformation towards a more customer centric direction

At this year’s event, Tieto and InVision will be teaming up to give out a design award (and some cool prizes) to the application with the best user experience.
The winner will be selected from among the registered exhibitors. No additional registration required, but Upgraded Life Festival ticket is obligated to participate.
The award ceremony will take place on 26th April, 14:45.
